CloudRiver products do not all use the same data flows. TouchLineUp Release 1 is designed for local-first matchday use and includes a coach-initiated local data export and optional support sharing. CloudRiver has not confirmed RouteWISELY's current deployment or data flows. StableConnector is in product discovery; its public sample is not a verified listing service. Product-specific notices describe applicable products and do not mean planned features are available.

This policy does not describe older or test versions, planned features, or settings that have not been confirmed for a customer's service. It should not be used to assume how an unverified service handles data.

For TouchLineUp, optional support diagnostics are designed to minimize personal information and are prepared locally. A coach must choose to review and copy, email, or share a report. A selected screenshot may contain player or team information. A local JSON backup/export may also contain roster and match information; it is prepared on the device and is not encrypted by the application. The intended native distribution build and provider handling after a user shares information have not been verified.

Data security

CloudRiver seeks to use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. Safeguards differ among services and do not eliminate every risk. Information sent through a third-party communication or storage service may also be subject to that provider's security practices.

Cookies and website technologies

Pages on the CloudRiver corporate website currently load a HubSpot script and use a shared stylesheet that imports Google Fonts.
